A Quick Explanation:
I apologise to those who were hoping for someone else - rest assured I will be providing him in the coming weeks. However, today was an expectionally special day for fans both here and outside of Korea (especially Quicksilver who met his hero Ma Jaeyoon.)
The mood at Winners League was so much more intense and elated than usual that I decided to make my 1000th post shoot using one of the most loved gamers on the planet. Someone who is always a pleasure to work with and who as I told him when we were done shooting was 'Perfect, as usual.'
(Also if I'd gone for the other person it would have meant potentially up to two weeks of being unable to post anything else.)
I hope you enjoy these special fomos lock-down style large shots. (The off-set in two of them is intentional before anyone asks - just look at the CJ logo.)
Thanks for a wonderful year and a bit TL.net. I cannot say thank you enough to some people here.

Yea, it's nice to see photos of him where it doesn't look like someone just kicked his puppy. At least his confidence is coming back somewhat.

By offset do you mean how like there's less contrast on the last and third to last pictures except where the CJ logo is? I'm not really a fan of that effect, but fantastic pictures nonetheless

Actually his skin was exactly the same as it always is. A bit off in places, but he's only human.
He will have been wearing make up already from the the taping and do you really think I'd be rude enough to tell him to go get more put on? Also where should I have done that - the make up artists had gone home. Stop complaining about such trivial things that are beyond my capacity to control - I probably wouldn't be allowed to work with CJ again if I went around insulting their top players.
Also does Fomos/Fifo tell the players to go put more make up on? No, because that's rude and neither they nor I have time for things like that in the small window after Winners League between photoshoot, interview and the massive fan meeting of yesterday.
I've been accused of editing my photos too much in the past so this time I didn't use the blur tool to remove his spots - there doesn't seem to be a happy medium for some people - so just DEAL WITH IT.

They're athletes, not movie stars... Nobody complains when hockey players have bad teeth. Just some people are so insecure they don't want to be represented (as gamers) by anyone who doesn't meet some arbitrary ideal. Their own loss to be worried about such stupid things.

Trying to appease everyone is terrible. Personally, I prefer this as it shows what he really looks like. Any dumbfuck can look good after having his photo edited, but Savior (with your *kisses ass* awesome photography) looks great.
Didn't know foreigners could actually get that close to someone that famous, tbh.
edit: grats on a thousand. Hopefully 2k can be the first 4 generation bonjwa =D

Nice shoot. Did you shoot film before you got your DSLR? You seem to like to post-process them to come out with that weird saturation mix that old film can give. haha.

These photos were awesome, and I really love all of your photos. But don't let one post force you to write an entire story on one persons opinion. You don't automatically get some special rule in every thread you make, people are just simply voicing their opinions. Anyways Grats on 1000
