use the same maps as CSL?
Andromeda, Medusa, Sin Chupung-Ryeong, Neo Harmony, Destination, Rush Hour 3, Colosseum II, Tau Cross, basically the current proleague maps

my opinions! you guys do whatever you want. majority rules i guess. 1. Tau cross is an ooold map...it was brought back for current PL. Also, this is a casual league. Better games will come out of more familiar maps. 2. See above. 3. Chupung leans considerably towards T in TvZ, and its ZvP is a joke...P is screwed. Terran is also favored over protoss on that map, I think. Python is a larger map, btw. It's bigger than Medusa, anyway. We're not trying to emulate pros. We're trying to have a fun league.

I agree, python should definitely be in the pool for these reasons.

any map but Python! Please!
also isn't it kind of hard to submit a lineup without the map order? Or can we decide which player plays on whatever map later?
|
well I'm still waiting for rosters from people O_O~
and still waiting for the map debate to end

I know a lot of people hate on Python cause it's overplayed, but I think for that very reason it should be included. A lot of our lower level players have never even played another map.

ok so for the roster... do you want full name, ID, race, rank, all that stuff? or just some

Indeed. We're not all about winning this UCPL (even though we will). We'd like to foster a sense of community with people who play StarCraft here...especially if you're on TL.net.

The Dino on UC Riverside's team isn't THE Dino is he?

that is THE dino. there's only one David Kent.
I guess we should have an team leader vote or something if people have problems with him, to decide whether or not he should be allowed to play.
