For "level", do we put our current iCCup rank, our highest iCCup ranking, or the ranking we believe we'd be capable of achieving at this point in time?

Highest (if it was relatively recent) or current. Most humans aren't able to objectively estimate their abilities...

You too twisted, although I know yours. the reason I didnt put you in was that I just copy paste new posts and prob deleted yours because i just assumed it was text. Besides how can someone in ToT not know thier iCCup rank :p

Regarding ranks, please dont estimate. Put your current rank or highest very recent. I dont want to know how great you were in PGT season 2. Dont make me PM chill.
