Yes Nada is more consistent, no one was arguing about that. Flash's reign lasted 3 months - oov lasted 5 times that. U can't compare the past and present. In the early years there are little protoss and zerg powerhouses and some of the strats are not uncovered yet. Oov and nada dominated because they pioneered the macro game. Now everyone in top 30 KeSPA can macro and micro like them in the past. Definitely sc has become much more competitive. No one will stay long at No.1, the longest will be only 3 months due to OSL/MSL win. Just being able to build units is not what made Oov strong..
90% of his victories that time is by plain outmacroing. Just like boxer, they gained dominance before everyone catch up.

Kudos to them for pioneering and therefore be installed into lengendary status. But if they play using their past strengths now, they are overrated.

The reason why they were so dominant was because they innovated. Yes, oov at least had the past strength of outmacroing his opponents, but boxer has continually come back by innovating and changing the way sc bw is played again and again.
Why are people afraid of boxer, enthralled by boxer, love boxer, and watch every single one of his games? Because they expect him to innovate again, and show the world yet another strat that will lead to Terran domination.
Because they haven shown in the past to be innovative, it's hard to say that they are over rated. Same with flash- he found an innovation, executed better than everyone else, and rose to dominance until people figured out how to beat him (sometimes).
