Like national team members (in non pro sports) that have been abroad many times without "taking our jobs" and when they want to compete for their non russian club (food and housing included) long enough to need visa they get slapped. Others in the same position gets visa like nothing. Apparently you have to apply in some weird way and I dont really remember all steps, but it was really silly. | ||
