This version should work for all StarCraft 1.15.2 executables. The previous version had issues with certain types of executables, as reported on the original thread. Let me know if you have any questions.

so I'm guessing the iccup launcher treats this as a hack because I keep losing my connection to the server, so I don't think it's going to work I still refuse to play on iccup without some type of cpu savior type thing for it

I'll get in touch with the ICCup people to see if they will make an exception for StarCraft Power Saver. I don't blame you for wanting to use a CPU Savior-like tool on ICCup. StarCraft's CPU usage is quite frustrating.

As I describe in the "Problem summary" section of http://ossguy.com/starcraft_power_saver/ , StarCraft draws about 100,000 frames per second on a 1.3 GHz Pentium M. This is completely unnecessary because the average person can only see about 60 frames per second. Not only is it unnecessary, but it has many negative side-effects. For one, your computer will consume more power than it needs to, which is especially an issue where electricity costs a lot or if you are running a laptop on batteries. Secondly, it can reduce the lifespan of your CPU by increasing its temperature more often than needed.
