Overlapping an event with the Big Game is just a bad idea IMO. Better to have it on the Friday or Sunday if you choose to do it that weekend.

I believe clubs and campus organizations have the ability to reserve rooms on campus, so if you can get some club to sponsor the event, then they can get a room for you. However, the good rooms are probably gonna get reserved quick, so you might want to act fast.

I really really really would rather it be on Friday, second to Saturday... I can check my schedule but I think I can make all Fridays and most Saturdays, I'm more tentative on the Sunday time.

@ the guy asking whether we need our own computers - last year we just had the LAN at a random room in the Dwinelle building and had to bring our own computers. It depends on whether this year we can find some LAN center to play at. Hopefully everyone is still reading this thread. I can PM the compiled list I have if need be (yosh and the rest of TL.netters are a must have ;D)

This year I'll be sure to bring a camera and/or video ;D

Xeris where are you coming from? The weekend of 29th could also be acceptable. Although my brother wouldn't be able to make 22-23, I could still come. Or would you be able to do Friday the 21st? I think that works better for quite a few people although I have to cancel practice I would definitely take LAN much priority over practice haha
