Have you ever seen them sweat, cry, or even pass out? Yes, their feelings are something that fans should appreciate more than many things else. Well obviously we appreciate what they do, but if a dmatrix on an overlord to embarass you makes you break down, then sorry but you need more balls. All I'm saying is don't get too defensive and act like Flash did something HORRIBLE and should be hated for it.

Kid is 15 years old, holds a starleague title, is the force of a progaming team, broke a protoss map, has balls probably as huge as mellons and owns everyone left and right. Now what did magma do? He won against boxer, nada, reach and nal_ra. I'm shure there are tons of korean girls crying over two d-matrixed overlords ![]()

If a fighter can't live with it he's just too weak in his heart. It's that simple, if you can't stand being laughed at you also can't stand the pressure of progaming. What fighters? I don't see that in any Olympics fighting sports, and sorry I don't call American wrestling and others of that sort 'sports". While I agree that pressure and sometimes humiliation is something a successful progamer must be able to cope with, that's not a right excuse for being a dick to your opponent.

At worst, it was unsportsmanlike conduct (which I don't really think was that bad anyway). Which doesn't really merit "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH SOME OF YOU PEOPLE?". I mean really? BM is what you're gonna get all bent out of shape over?

Go.go has being doing it rather a lot (sending firebats vs firebathero when he'd already won, or building a command center inside the base of some protoss after successfully rushing), and now Flash with this defensive matrix... I guess I subscribe to the view that nothing you do within the game is really BM, because if you're in a position to be dicking around and they can't stop you, it's because they've already lost anyway. That said I personally don't do stuff like that, I just try to finish them off as efficiently as possible... EDIT: not that FBH didn't deserve some firebat ownage. rofl at the firebat thing

In short: It's good for the game in terms of financial success to be silly, and infamous. It's probably bad if the players would refuse to shake each other's hands outside the arena (ie: people will start feeling like they're just watching a bunch of immature kids, instead of lovably ridiculous antics). If you want SC to keep surviving as a professional sport, you need this drama.
