we both started off with fast expos, i went 12 nex and he went 1fact cc, so we were going for a macro game

after some 17 minutes into the game, we had large forces, and he made a static defense.


since im bad when it comes to breaking static defenses, i decided to do 2 recalls, 1 at his 3rd baseand 1 at his main...the 2 recalls produced opposite results

now im left with about a control group and half of units to defend my main because now the remainder of my forces were busy destroying the terran's 3rd on the other side of the map. and i had to defend against this:


and of course, my forces got steamrolled, and he contained my main:


i was about to gg, until i realized i still had about 3-4 arbiters and my expo left, so i decided to make good use of it (along with the many resource i floated)


in the meantime he made mincemeat of my main, so my expo became my new main. this is where i started to macro better than i usually do. Because of that i won the small skirmishes between the terran and me. However, despite these skirmishes, i still had to deal with this:


so we engaged in the middle, and this is when i asked myself: "how do i deal with such a large force?" the answer was, of course, 6 arbiters and stasis field:


after that battle, i just ran up to his main and started owning stuff, he eventually gg'd


one of the better comebacks in my life
but the fact that he stopped tryng at the end helped me a lot =P
