In contrast, some people are always afraid of fighting people who are "top 5 USA" knowing they will get stomped. Also, on ICCup, a lot of people always dodge if you've got a good record(people see my 18-11 stats and ban me, or if I make a game, they /stat me and then leave). You'll never get good unless you play better people. It's like when I played Basketball for the first time ever against people who have been in Varsity for 4 years. I learned so much from them even though I got stomped miserably.

And I'm Ancestral_1274 on West. I always like getting stomped (+learning hopefully). Whenever I win it's against bad people, last game I played was vs someone with 13 APM.

i don't understand what he's saying but i can tell it's not the point. i'm concerned about the professional korean players. i can only imagine the list having a negative effect or no effect and their consent would be the only possible reason to think there'd be a positive effect. but i highly doubt the korean pros have been yearning for a bunch of foreigners to message and stalk them on bnet. so assuming anyone has actually tried and failed to talk to these pros, take it as an indication of their disapproval.

A list of fake progamer accounts would be really good. As far as "JulyZerg" goes, I don't think it is him. I have seen that account being winbotted before. It could be him, but I don't think he would winbot his account.
I used to have a screenshot of it, but I reformatted my computer since then.

Almost all of these aka's aren't even aka's, their just the players regular accounts. They would be stupid to go on their regular accounts and expect not to be spammed by countless noobs asking for games. And you can be guaranteed that koreans spam them as well. Just swing by op shield- when bisu is there, the room will be close to 40 people, 70% of them random no name korean kids. Go by when he isnt there and there might be 15 or so shield members.
Its pointless to whine about pro's account names comming out because they get spammed regardless, thats why they all have hundreds of smurf names.

Im bran new to the game, although i've followed it since its release and admired its quality. I played wow at a high level ( was on the team that won WCG for a while) and would like to try and learn SC. I realize this will take a huge amount of time but Im not planning on playing pro lol. Anyway
1. Where do I find games on quality maps, 1v1 format? I have a tough time finding such games on bnet west and with my new rec (3-2) i just get booted.
2. What are the basics for hot key control. Having watched a few of these tourneys, I see that pro players cycle between groups of units all over the map at high speed... how do I perform this.. for example. Is there a link to a basic of keyboard functions?

Its probably easier to just add only fake korean nicks and assume the rest are real. You could make a list of every player's nick from the tlpd and 95% of them would be real. Bnet is where they make their names before going pro after all.
