Live commentary is a go (I hope).
Use this link for clicking in a browser:
http://89.46.37.126:8000/stream.m3u
Use this link in a media player (copy / paste it, don't click it in a browser). Should work in winamp, foobar, VLC, etc. Do NOT open this in your browser, it will just sit there forever trying to download and will not work. Use the one above if you have something setup to handle M3U.

Synchronizing your video with the audio will be a pain in the ass. Hopefully the guys doing the commentary will give us audio cues at various points, eg if there is an in-game timer visible, stating the time every so often will help people sync up. I can't help with this one  .

as r1ch said, the syncing side will be up to you
its impossible to get a stream thats consistently synced to everyone. well do the countdown and you can try to sync to that, but our major concern will be only syncing to each other
