Just played the same guy three times. First time he did flying SCV; I obviously lost. Then he tried 2 fac, he lost, third game I think(?) it was normal ,but I also had chinese text on my screen. How?and what does it say, anyone knows?

The Chinese government mandates that game companies who do business in China adhere to regulations requiring them to notify players when they have been gaming beyond a reasonable amount of time. Still no sign of another season. I thought the ladder would be reset by now. What do you think the odds are they just never reset now and it has basically been abandoned?

StarCraft have good maps so much, but why terrible maps always are in map pool? Even they are chosen again more times.

This would be my mapppool.

Match Point
Neo Sylphid
Eclipse
Polypoid
Fighting Spirit (i know a lot are sick of this map but its not plasma, and keeps a lot of people happy. You can always veto)
+ 2 current ASL maps that are deemed the most balanced at the time.

This would allow you to theoretically veto both ASL maps if they end up super imba and veto FS. Giving you the rest of the map pool with a pretty balanced list of maps.

Map pool needn't 100% balance maps, so we have 3 vetoes. Map pool need funny maps when you lose still get happy.

99% lose games of us are from our level. It's our fault, it's not maps' fault. You have 7 maps and 3 vetoes, if you use or not use 3 vetoes your rank will not change. You can veto some maps but you can't veto your skill, knowledge and attitude.

I think maybe it was built upon FBH's one. Just doing it more times and stacking the SCVs later on

Patch just hit now.

Did they fix it?

Actually just booted for first time in a couple weeks and i can't even load the game anymore with this new patch, the error is 'Starcraft encountered bad game data that must be repaired'.Have tried both scan + repair and uninstall+reinstall but neither worked.

Yeah it seemed like a very bad patch. I also had a ton of trouble making a new profile earlier. Couldn't make or delete profiles.

Yes couple foreigners know, most of Korean users know now. Ladder, Fastest, Public, UMS...

A prolonged season means that the user profile data and game data is not reset which can cause let's say issues in their case (I think they're using Google Cloud for that stuff).

My point would be they do want to move to a new season for the data reset but apparently they have so much trouble with that China regulatory feature that they can't prioritize it anymore and basically swimming in rollback's and hotfixes.

A grade support this game has.

I'm so excited to try out the new Diablo remastered game. /s
