Actually I think he uses an IP grabber or something similar. I've created a new b.net account, just to avoid getting harassed by this guy all the time and he knew who I was right away, which ironically confirms my belief that he is a hacker.

Even if you create a totally new account on www.battle.net, he immediately knows who you are.

It's a feature, or rather a bug in your bot. You can reproduce it yourself.
Step 0. We're in the start window.
Step 1. The game has already started the 5 second countdown.
Step 2. At first one of the six players left the starting window.
Step 3. I see 5 players on the screen.
Step 4. A few seconds passed and the game did not start. There is no point in waiting for any longer - there are 5 players, not six.
Step 5. I press Esc.
Step 6. And the bot bans me 
In the future I will know about this feature-bug and will try to bypass it by wasting my time.
But other players may not know about this feature-bug. And will be unjustifiably penalized.
PS. You're supposed to ban the first one that comes out. And the others who came out after him shouldn't be banned.
