Most Bots of now they still often not work, appear online but not making games or not online or having trouble with remaking sometimes to slow are they still under repair or they have new problems ?

Where are the rules of this Autoban thing?
I got banned for 3 hrs in these cases:
1) 1 player was afk, we paused, he returned and quit game. I left after he left. Bot bans me for 3 hrs.
2) I was afk myself. My team paused, we played, lost in 5-6 mins, and after I left game bot bans me.

Nothing is perfect. Just use another acc for 3 hours.

1) I suspect it is technically impossible to distinguish time in a paused game. It looks like it is necessary to unpause first then leave. Although it's unfortunate experience thank you for sharing it!
2) Somewhere above D3AD-R3TARD said that he is going to implement a system to ban afk players if they were afk for the first 15-20 seconds (as far as I remember). If your team wasn't fast enough to pause the game the ban might come for this reason. I don't know if this system was actually implemented though, but the ban might be lagging behind for a while and come from some other game played a while ago.
Also remember not to quit games during the countdown timer! Even if you wasn't the first to quit bot might neverless issue a ban.
D3AD-R3TARD isn't it time to update some info on the site to make all these technical limitations clear to the wide audience?

Admin if you want to know the real truth on which players are the most toxic, just compile the full chat scripts of the last 30 days or so worth of games through AI and it will tell you the real truth. The behaviors of some players, including some of the accusers here, are likely much worse than the accused himself.
Just as a quick example I just fed the most recent lobby chat into AI to show how easy it is:
