Guys, have you also experience imba with 7900XTX? Sometimes play like B, sometimes like F. Not talking, leaving at random times. It's like not 1 person playing. If he plays as B, so team is too good, if he plays F - team is too weak. | ||

I often encounter similar behavior from other players, they go for troll strategy - i.e mass arbiters and stasis scv, or they go for mind control of other worker's race. We often end up losing the won game, because of trolls like this. | ||

Maybe it would be a good idea to employ some moderators? You would select 5-10 active players, that would offer themselves in this forum. They would help you to determine should you ban/lift ban. You have the rules on your website, but as always there must be some exceptions (i.e. effort - to lift the ban, trolls - to ban for abusing the rules). They would help you to analyze the cases and would save your time. Those 5-10 people would make their chat on battle.net. They would discuss cases from forum and direct reports to any of them. They should vote for the decision. If they decide unanimously or at least 85 proc (i.e. 9 of 10 moderators) then they place the report in the forum. If they don't have a decision - then rules are applicable. Requirements for moderators: have time (most important), daily users or playing minimum 2 days a week, 1000+ players (visible in games, so people can contact them) preferably D+ players (have some understanding of the game, would be able to check replays) active players (care about the game in overall) Players such as: effort - ban should be lifted anyway, wormer - many solutions here in the forum, rookie - many games, maybe even n1-n2 if he learns talking (would be a lawyer for noobs). Not like praxo - unless he stops trolling and gets to his actual C rank, etc. Or actually anybody who would volunteer in this. Examples: A: Moderators got a complaint about player and decided that the player abused the rules many times and should be banned. B: Moderators discussed the report about effort and unanimously decided to make an exception as the player is not normally abusing the rules. C: Moderators find out that this new player is noob and did not know the rules, so we decided to make an exception and this player should not be banned. D: Moderators discussed players report on another player. We approve ban for this player. E: Moderators watched replay and decided that changing vision did not have effect on the game result as player took the vision from all the players. F: Moderators checked many replays of this player and decided that it is not appropriate to spam ally/all chat in many of his games when team or enemy team asks stop flooding the chat. G: Moderators decided that previous decision to lift a ban for effort was a mistake, so he should be banned again. Outcome: You would have approval from 5-10 actually playing people that would have better insights. Those 5-10 volunteers would make their games better. | ||

The laggy players always got 1 or 2 warnings only before games started. We always played some games with super laggy experience and didn't leave due to the banning rules. So could you please consider to reduce the warning times from 3 to 2? I think it will give all the game players a better gaming experience. | ||

laggers needs to get kicked - there is sadly no place in a 3v3 for laggers, was always like this and gonna be always like this reducing time for kick seems like a good idea since i havent seen it malfunctioning yet for everything else there would need to be a council of ppl who decide on the bans. im still for the host should release a way to donate for his troubles, cant really ask him to invest too much time into this. | ||

Also, maybe you can implement some self-healing mechanism if the bot gets stuck? E.g. checking if the players are still in game using the /whois command every once in a while? | ||
