Hence why I see the reason to update it. I do hope it's alright =) And as far as I know, this thread is still "active", in that regard that you're still free to contact the various clans in order to join. And other clans are still free to post here if they also wish to send a signal that they take in players of all skills. But note that this is the Recruit-A-Noob thread.
