Hey guys, BisuDagger here. I just wanted to make a thread to update you on my changes and involvement in this community.
Moving on from ASL
Some of you may know that I’ve casted every Korean tournament since SSL8. With the presence of official English casters the need for me to cast these tournaments has become increasingly redundant. So this is a hard decision for me to make, but with the demanding schedule of the latest ASL, my first born 9 weeks away from his due date, and increasing responsibilities of work, I am sad to say that will no longer be casting Korean tournaments.
Priority Changes
So the great news is what I plan to do with my saved energy. I want my role in the community to be more focused on organizing Foreign and Korean tournaments and producing shows that bring content to you in a unique way. The energy it takes to put together sponsored tournaments is also another reason why I’m sacrificing the casting part of my involvement. However, I won’t disappear from casting. I intend to have “Deep Thought” continue to be a recurring show and I’ll work hard to bring even more exclusive content to the table.
TLDR Table:
- No longer castings ASLs
- Producing more tournaments for Foreign and Korean Starcraft
- Investing more time into Sponsorship Deals
- Still casting exclusive events such as "Deep Thought
If you have any questions, please ask away. I am very excited for the future of Brood War and will continue to deliver greatness to this community. I also expect all of you to tune in to Fight Club as it returns tomorrow.

Thank you for your work and effort, really enjoying your casting, especially the last ASLs with FlaShFTW. I'm sure with BW:R there are some great Foreign and Korean tournaments and tours on the horizon with your involvement.
(FlaShFTW will still cast ASL I hope, personally can't get warm with Tastosis casting.)

Dont think that with bw becoming more main stream all the work you have put in the last years and the great stuff you continue to do goes unnoticed or is not appreciated.

we better. i expect you to be back for the finals as a special guest even if your wife is going through labor during then because thats roughly 9 weeks from now. (probably less actually).

BD you already know this but I love your casting and will always look back fondly on the many hours watching your stream and hanging out in the chat or otherwise intermittently.
I'm also super hyped about the plans you have for the future and very much looking forward to shows similar to Deep Thought!

Hatcheries produce larvae, though. And now that I've said that, here's a weird thought: in SC2, hatcheries produce larvae, but queens can do injects, which technically makes queens male.

I think they inject the hatchery with more eggs which pop off into larva.
But now that I think about it, it's a little weird that the life of a Zerg goes egg -> larva -> egg -> Zergy zerg.
