Mind telling you that. Mong showed us why he is a top three Terran in this era of Brood War. Sea has become quiet on the scene and while sSak took the finals, Mong is fighting his was slowly to the top. Unfortunately Mind fans will have to be disappointed for a little while longer.

Someone asked me before the games were played if by.hero won the finals, would I consider him the best zerg. It would have been an easy argument if he won, but a legitimate argument could be still made if lost in an ace match. Looking at the facts now, Killer is coming off a win in the LoveTV finals and a an early exit from this one in qualifiers the following day. But with hero losing 3-0, he is now the king of kong and also the number 2 zerg on the scene.

And now on to the victor of the tournament sSak! It is an incredible feat always when you have to fight against your weakest match up for the finals. sSak finally has earned his first gold ever! With a quick 3-0 like that he rasies the heavy question, who is the best Terran on the scene. Power rankings are going to be out soon, the SSL10 will be happening very shortly after, and sSak is definitely going to be a favorite to win it all. I'm sure we will all be eager to see where he places in the top 10. All in all this was a quick and clean victory for the Terran player so GG sSak.

Thanks for the recap. I didn't stay for sSak vs hero and did not expect a 3-0 sweep.

Is Bisu planning to play SSL10? I don't understand why he's not playing tournaments considering he's streaming regularly.

He semi announced retirement in his victor speech after SSL9. A lot of people are eager to see if he will return.

Looks like the super fight thread on Afreeca is getting plenty of interest -- 8 pages of suggestions already!

Hopefully a translator can tell us if it's a single best of series or a mini playoffs

It seems like Sonic is trying to have 4-8 different matchups where each winner gets 1 mil Won. All the replies under the afreeca post are afreeca viewer's suggestion for the matchups.
