Hakyung: First to advance from the group, Kwanro! How do you feel?
Kwanro: It felt like I stepped into a time machine and went back to a time when games played out the way I wanted to. It felt great (laughs).
Hakyung: The first game you started out ahead but had to re-game due to disconnect but the re-game also seemed to start out in your favor and your control was no joke. During the game when did you think you could attack and deliver the finishing blow?
Kwanro: The game seemed like it was in my favor from the beginning. Every engagement I just felt I would win. As a sneaked one or two extra drones I just thought to myself “I won this one.”
Hakyung: It seems he played it out confidently from the beginning. After seeing today’s games I bet your fans will expect even more awesome games from you. A quick word for your fans please?
Kwanro: Playing like this, it truly feels like a league. I’ve advanced to the round of 16 now and I promise to advance higher.
Hakyung: One more round of applause! Kwanro, we hope you do even better in the later stages!
Group D Final’s Interview

Hakyung: The winner of the final’s match is Hero! Applause! It was quite a struggle for you to advance today and I’m sure your impression on advancing is different from others. What are your thoughts?
Hero: Honestly, after losing to Kwanro I felt like I might not make it [to the round of 16]. The games just wouldn’t go my way. But after playing vs Pusan, I felt my hands were warmed up and in the last game I was able to win.
Hakyung: As you were playing vs Terror what were your thoughts? You struggled a bit but still made it to the final match but it was a definitely a tough trip.
Hero: I honestly thought I had lost when my initial zerglings got blocked. It was a situation where Terror could’ve won just by playing defensively. I felt like luck was in my favor.
Hakyung: Any words for your fans?
Hero: If I lost today, I don’t know how I would’ve felt. I did however, end up knocking two very popular players on Afreeca in one sweep... I feel like people are going to be mad at me for that when I start streaming. It’s not my fault though, right? I’ll try even harder in their stead so please cheer me on!
