"Today, I took my notebook to do a quick on-the-spot reporting.
This way I can post the report earlier and add the pictures with a final edit.
This will be nice for people looking for fresh news, right?
I want to give you a live report from the place in addition to the AfreecaTV stream.
First of all, I arrived 15 - 20 minutes late because I had an appointment with an acquaintance
earlier and couldn't find a free parking spot. ㅠ_ㅠ
Upon entering the studio, I saw that the interview was over and the game has started.
There was a network issue that caused the screens to stop though.
It would be good to avoid this in future casts^^
The first match of the night was a best of three between
Larva and
JangBi.

In the first game, Larva's zerglings found a crack in JangBi's front simcity and infiltrated the main base.
JangBi went for dark templars and corsairs, which prompted Larva to build spore colonies.
Larva ordered his lings to deal with the DTs and attempted to poke in with a hydra force when high templars had no energy.
In response, JangBi maneuvered his corsairs to go overlord hunting while advancing with zealots and high templars.
Larva's lurkers and hydras tightened the grip though, and while losing a hatchery and sunkens, he received JangBi's GG.
The second game progressed similarly in the early stages, but JangBi's clumped corsairs got a couple overlord kills.
JangBi kept sniping overlords and followed up with a reaver drop, but Larva got rid of both the reaver and the shuttle
without taking significant damage, bringing the game back to even.
JangBi dropped DTs into main, but the drones immediately burrowed, making the drop more of a concern than a weapon.
After that, JangBi formed a mixed army, which Larva easily deflected and countered with zerglings, taking the game.
Second match:
Lazy vs
Cola
In the interview CBY begged Lazy, nicknamed Gangster, to show her some strong games.
Whether it was because of that or not, Lazy showed an amazing second game.
He was confident, bringing two of his + Show Spoiler [gangster friends] + from Miryang with him.
I expected cool games from him as far as he could go.
During the interview, Cola couldn't reach up to CBY and he was distancing himself to the side.
CBY even wore sneakers instead of heels because of the players, but she was still too tall.
+ Show Spoiler [CBY bends for Cola] +![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/ZNp6Acz.gif)
She is quite tall. The difference in height with the 2 meter giant Shinee last week was shocking.
Cola, who caught a cold, came in wearing a mask.
CBY asked for an understanding and inquired a lot, asking him if he prepared well or played too much LoL.
Before the games, Cola mentioned he would like to play JangBi.
With JangBi going to the Losers' match, he said he wants to face Larva in the Winners' match.
And the results? Let's see. One of his wishes would come true.... = . =;;;

Lazy
In their first game, Lazy's good zealot control allowed him to get one of Cola's sunkens.
Cola proceeded to disturb mining at the natural from behind the minerals with lurkers.
+ Show Spoiler [bump] +![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/1TEqL1z.gif)
Then Lazy caught up by getting a few overlords with sairs.
He followed up with a well-timed DT drop, sniping the spire and pulling ahead.
Lazy then delayed the mutalisks with another DT drop.
With yet another drop of 4 zealots equipped with the 2 weapons upgrade, he harassed Zerg's main and formed his army mix.
He showed us a really cool game and Cola's GG followed.
In the second game, Cola quickly switched to lurkers after a strategic hydra play,
but Lazy sucessfully scouted it and had his robotics tech up in time to deal with it.
Lazy got 4 hydra kills with his reaver and got rid of the lurkers with photon cannons and zealots.
After that, Cola was preparing to drop but with his game sense, Lazy saw this coming
and with zealots and a reaver in the main, he was more than ready.
Lazy then distracted the Zerg with a reaver drop while destroying the 6 o'clock hatchery with zealots.
The Protoss was pulling ahead in the game.
After dropping a single DT into the main, Lazy occupied the Zerg with his shuttle and sairs
while the templar got all the workers in the main.
A high templar drop at the front then stained more drones with electricity.
Oh wow~ we'd exclaim watching his performance.
Then a two reaver goon army arrived. ..............
Another HT drop and another zealot drop
followed with the main troops assault..
into Cola's GG.
Winners' Match:
Larva vs
Lazy
We were looking forward to the players who advanced to this match after cool 2-0 victories.
Larva managed to run by into the main with 2 zerglings, securing scouting and keeping the Protoss home.
With this, Larva pulled ahead.
Then yet another runby happened. .... with a spire tech follow-up.
Unlike before, Lazy's expression somewhat told us he wouldn't be able to untie this game.
Damn, then a third ling runby. Lazy was falling apart a bit here.
A fourth runby was attempted, this time Larva surrounded and killed Lazy's archon.
In the meantime, the Zerg was teching up.
After that, a sixth runby sniped the photon cannons at the natural and 3 lurkers assaulted the base.
Lazy wasn't just defending, he was going to attack with his shuttle accompanied by sairs.
He attacked the main base with zealots and an archon but Larva dealt with that with ease.
The seventh fearless ling runby assaulted the Protoss expansion, forcing Lazy's GG.
Larva advanced to the Round of 16.
I think Larva would've done a winning ceremony but he hasn't recovered yet,
he did take his shirt off, revealing an SKT dress underneath.

Winners' Interview
In the first match he faced JangBi without practice so he provocatively said he's no match for him, calling him "막패".
T/N: 막패/Mak-phae is probably a term that comes from Baduk/Go.
Against Lazy, he thought he's going to lose after losing his drones, but then Lazy lost his nerves and he knew he's got it.
He thanked the fans who came visit him while he was hospitalized and his friends who helped him through difficult times.
Then he said he would like to treat all the fans who came to the studio to a meal..
and sure enough after the games ended we went to eat meat to a pork hocks restaurant hahahaha

Losers' Match:
Cola vs
JangBi
After he was mentioned in Larva's interview, I was looking forward to a good performance from JangBi.
In the early game, Cola was looking to go into late game but JangBi caused him trouble getting drone kills with zealots.
JangBi surprised Cola with his 2 stargates, getting most of his overlords with sairs.
Did Larva's biting remark awaken JangBi's powers?
Finally, JangBi got Cola's GG.
Final Match:
Lazy vs
JangBi
Lazy's expansion was faster while JangBi opted for a faster reaver tech.
Lazy was holding JangBi back to buy time but JangBi surrounded him as he was pushing him away.
The momentum has shifted and JangBi smashed Lazy's expansion with an inspiring control.
He locked Lazy's front, securing the ticket to the Round of 16 for himself.
He then got a few probes in Lazy's main base with a dark templar.
Then JangBi forced the GG with a final attack.
JangBi put an end to the disputes in this game and advanced to the Round of 16.
Winner's Interview
JangBi couldn't answer CBY's question if he had gained strength through her cheering.
CBY had a bit of a helpless expression haha
While progamers can be creative with their answers, please don't make it hard on them haha
Then JangBi said he relaxed his arms after the first match and won.
JangBi was cheered on by Kim Carrier a lot^^
![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/SUs5mLw.png)
![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/nStuDoB.jpg)
After the games, Larva talked to a couple of fans, acting as a warm, caring hyung.
