I would partly agree. It completely depend on what you call "cool". Eventhough I really like a nice / clean / shiny logo, I do also like more unexpected view and more originality. Honestly, from my point of view, reps.ru logo could have been any random logo on any random website just because it doesn't represent anything to me. There's an hydra, yeah good stuff and so what? Does the hydra represent anything in their community or is it just because *woha hydra looks coOl*? I would prefer any logo not showing starcraft units to one full of starcraft units -and I've done some-. It's not a difference between your team and, say, fighter forum team's. We all love starcraft here, you won't be different or appealing using this stuff (and Blizzard has the man power to produce thousands of logos of that kind and even better : it's their world, their art). Spent just over an hour on it, it looks a bit unfinished i know, it probably should have a bit of a swirl over his other shoulder. And if i had a decent graphics program i could make the swirls 100x better  | ||

About my last one, i'd love to tweak it a bit before the end of the day, I've just no idea what the deadline is for our internal submissions. Hot_Bid any idea on this ? Things I'd like to change *if i got time*: - Provide a star less one just so that you see how it looks - Clean stuffs left and right eventhough I'd like it to keep the "rough" look. - What about adding mrmin123 Wraith on a last flag next to the netherland one ? It may add to the starcraft thing some of you are asking about. - Add transparency. In its current state, the logo can't adapt to any background because the edges are not transparent. I'd like to change that - I've done it before, just completely forgot how to do it again lol. - Try a "negativ" version of it and check if it'll fit better for a dark background (props to Totoro) - More "horses shapes" proposals so that it does look like a horse from first sight (props to CF Trident) - Try to bold the text keeping the style (props to Totoro) - Update the tail : horse tail please !(props to Piccolo) Comments ? Ideas ? I'm sorry if some of you are disappointed not seeing their flag on it... JellyCat | ||

JellyCat the thing wrong with it now is that the horse doesnt look enough like a horse.. i think if you raised the stomach up a lil bit.. cuz it looks more like a cow or dog.. and anyone not from tl.net will most likely think it is a dog or cow :D... Yes its cute.. and funny but even after looking and thinking about it i still thought it was a dog till i saw it the next day adn read teh comments about it O_O.. so thats my one suggestion.. i mean still keep it funny/cute or whatever but try to make it a bit more horse like.. (but thats just my opinion) | ||

It looks more like a donkey but we all know this is a horse ^^;; I wonder if blizzard cares with a explanation of the logo. If yes, we ll win for sur with this logo. If not... | ||

So I looked up some photos and got an idea for a close-up, side view of the horse. I was trying to imply the abbreviation T.L. with the shape of the figures: With the horse's head in the approximate shape of the T, and the body, L.
