i don't think so, i think its people's scourge micro got way better... all these years of developing drone moving shot micro is now being applied to scourge. i think it was soma or zero who i saw it from first, but instead of just a-moving scourge which can bug out and get killed with patrol-micro by mutalisks, you manually follow the mutalisks with your scourge the same way you follow an scv with your drone
scourge micro getting better is also a side effect from zergs having to adapt to the recent valkyrie meta
