I found the esports section, I was surprised the hell out of my mind that they have a section for SC, only seem to be able to bet on ASL and GSL atm. You can vote on players winning on specific maps, map score or just overall. The odds of Flash winning vs Rush were 1.25, 3.0 for 3-0, 3.2 for 3-1 and 4.5 for 3-2. I just split my bet beween 3-0 and 3-1. I wonder how they derive those odds specifically for BW, do they have a specific algorithm for SC2&BW? There cant be that many people betting on Starcraft, it has to be a pretty niche market. Somebody at the top is probably just a BW fan, unless Koreans use the site to gamble idk

For me (and several others I talked to), nothing works. Ladder finds me an opponent, but doesnt display anybody, then restarts the search endlessly. Cant join due to either "invalid password" or "host started the game/closed all slots" (they didnt). With some people it works i can play, with most others i cant, across multiple servers and after restarting etc. Also cannot see ladderboard or people s profile... I dont think this warranted a new thread just curious how many people are affected and if someone managed to find a fix somehow? ty edit: sorry I am as smart as a dragoon i was browsing the sc2 tech forum of bnet instead of remastered oO Found the threads there, apparently widespread issue

Yesterday I was only able to get it working with server Americas and bnet server Europe. Tried many combinations, didnt work. Cant ladder or see ladderboard or people s profile. Custom games are very hit and miss (and mostly miss) since yesterday.

So I understand there is a ladder for Starcraft Remastered, that sounds great. But is that where you can find games the easiest? My goal is just to be able to play 1v1 games without waiting too long, preferably against bad players like me. So if I buy the game and log in East US, am I going to find games in the evening? Or is it only the Asian servers that still have enough population for that? In other words, is there a good alternative to find games decently fast instead of Remastered (many years ago, ICCup was still playable, but I logged in today and there were 17 users online lol)? Honestly, I don't have high ambitions, but watching pro BW again, the game is just so beautiful that I can't help but want to play even if I do terrible.

Right now the Remastered servers are fucked up so sadly the usual answer (which is 1v1 ladder) is not true, but in general (and depending on your location/internet) 1v1 ladder is the easiest way to get into 1v1 games. It's even easier if you're a lower/mid ranked player simply due to the bell curve. Outside of that, if you're in the US and want to play random casual pubs, West > East.
