I sent him a tweet since it was on his page asking him what happened. Probably won't get an answer, but it's concerning that the content of a good caster is gone, and also concerning on how quick the thread was deleted.
Really Seeker? Losing lots of Brood War content because one of the most prolific Starcraft casters of yesteryear is deleting his videos doesn't warrant a thread on a relatively low-traffic forum?

to imply that husky never did anything Brood War related is absurd. I am sad though his channel shut down. There were many fans throughout many mediums.
I forget if this husky is the same as huskystarcraft I remember a channel like that came into the fore at the end of the broodwar years circa 2010ish and uploaded a ton of English commentaries on pro league and msl and osl games but if it’s gone now I’m not too surprised. Knowledge level of caster was medium, if energetic. I doubt he still pays attention to sc scene in 2018 though.

It was quite obvious to me at the time that he was only commenting on BW matches in order to build his brand in anticipation of SC2. He never had good insights into the game. He DID appeal to a low skill population with his delivery and excitement which I am sure induced some people into joining the community and to play the game, and I think that is his greatest impact, not the commentary itself.
I imagine the game is running at Normal speed but certain things are clearly much faster or much slower than what is in the final product. The forced angle on certain buildings is certainly interesting too. Also, that Assimilator warp-in animation??
Thanks for the share. Oh to go back to those times.
