wtb the good commentary from 2008 The big thing with Tastosis is they're under the impression that the people watching them stream in English are watching it as well as SC2 and may not have even played SC1 before. They'll probably stop after a few tournaments. It's been every game for over a year now...

It's been every game for over a year now... they probably think people are continuing to come from sc2 right now, which they're not wrong about but it's getting annoying for the people whove already been there. there are many resources for new people now, they dont need to water down their casts for it anymore.

i concur with flashftw here. Whats neat about the current SOSPA scene is that we now have differing outlets for consumers. People can watch the Tastosis combo if they're new or they can watch Bisudagger/Flashftw for the high brow commentary

As much as I'd like to, Afreeca using Flash prevents it

its Afreeca scene not SOSPA scene, SOSPA is dead and buried like most talent in wrestling.

Also, they've only started casting 2 seasons ago. Theres going to be a lot of kids that are completely new to BW.

They started and June and honestly there's been about 3 tournaments since then right they've casted? That's not that many in the long term.

True. The last legitimately funny live action American TV show was Seinfeld. Nowadays the jokes are so obtuse they might as well hold up a sign saying "laugh now". There's no actual wit whatsoever.

That's not that many in the long term. I'd argue that it was a lot of games if any of the 4 casters were there consistently. But each one has casted less then a dozen days.

wtb the good commentary from 2008 why do American TV shows explain every joke? They actually all don't... you're thinking of network TV, not cable.

Even if they don't explain them, there's just nothing to them.
I was a huge fan of the original british version of The Office. Surprisingly layered with ingenious dialogue. When a friend heard I was a fan, he said "omg you gotta check out this clip of the funniest moment ever in the American version, it's so funny!!!".
So I watch the clip, and it's literally just a fat guy spilling chili on the carpet. That was supposed to be one of the funniest moments in the entire show.
