When new LBs are added you should be able to see them in the top left of your screen, where you log out/check PMs etc. Just click the yellow numbers (currently it's 0/0, that'll change).

Trust me, that's not enough. These players aren't known to be very consistent, like Sea cruising through SRT11 and losing out in the group stages of SRT12, or HiyA going 0-2 in SRT11 and 2-1 in SRT12.
