I was just watching a smallvod in VLC, and I thought it was encoded horribly. It kept disintegrating into a mass of unwatchable artifacts. Then I tried watching it in Quicktime (I know, I know... I'm on a Mac, what can I do?) with a WMV plug-in and it was perfect. No artifacts at all. There was nothing wrong with the encoding, but the decoder sucked. Just a possibility to keep in mind. | ||
