I can. I used to watch every game in the Proleague, Starleague and MSL and most of what little else sporadically turned up, and while I expected that to decrease when I started watching StarCraft II as well (and Adun have mercy, that is completely oversaturated. Even with GSL alone that would take hours every day. I think it'd be easier to hype up the tournaments if people had time to savour it) the Proleague format change really hurt my attendance of that league. There's just no way I can watch 8-14 Brood War matches every Proleague day. Hell, I could follow GSL because StarCraft 2 used to have ten minute games most of the time, but now I need to cut down on that as well. Point is, since I wasn't actively following Proleague I eventually stopped watching it entirely until the playoffs, relying on Teamliquid's coverage to keep myself relatively informed. Which obviously lead to some surprises - I swear Wraith based TvT weren't the norm last Proleague season, for example. To be honest, there's also the lack of English commentary. I keep up to date on Starleague games thanks to NuketheStars, but I sometimes miss MSL games. 'Course, those are just things going on with me, it allows me to salvage something from this loss, but it might be no help to you if you didn't share my perspective. | ||

I really hope there's a replacement since that means there are a lot less games being televised and played. I can't imagine the competition from every team for only one individual league (kinda like with GSL). BW doesn't even have WCG anymore. | ||
