What would you have him do? Sit on the KT bench all the time, never having a chance to play in PL nor even advance past the MSL and OSL prelims? Is that what Yellow should still be doing? Being useless as far as being a player goes? Is him moving on with his life mean that he's KILLING BW or something? This goes the same with Boxer, Nada and July. Were they meant to spend the rest of their careers simply being bench-warmers for their respective teams or just become coaches?

Did you even think about what THEY want? Did it occur to you that maybe some of them want to advance their pro-gaming careers further in another environment? Or must they cater to people like YOU who demand they stay in only one area for their entire lives? Who are you to say they're betraying BW? Will BW suddenly experience a massive upheaval that will tear it asunder?
