Giving yourself a temporary fever isn't that hard. Getting a hospital that is actively treating you to diagnose you with enteritis from this is much, much harder. The most convincing way you can do it is to just give yourself enteritis by deliberately eating contaminated food...which falls into the category of "not faking". | ||
