I respect you very much diciple but I don't think the number 90% is correct at all. I have 4 friends who started to watch pro BW since 2008 so by your logic among the 5 of us, at least 4 would have moved to SC2 but in reality no one changed to SC2 and we all still follow BW. We did watch some SC2 matches but being used to the level of BW it is difficult to accept the current level of SC2 so we switched back.

Yeah, I don't know why we're discussing about SC2 at all in this thread, but majority of SC2 players (and thus majority of new Teamliquid members) are in fact people who haven't played or followed BW before. So there's no need to be so pessimistic about it.
Now back to BW!

LR are amazing; it just feels great when you see thread over >1000, filled with frequent post explosions whenever epic events occur. Despite, it just makes some shit much more hilarious. Remember The Group of Life?
Specifically regarding improvement of LR thread, I definitely agree with initiative. Why not if there are those who are willing to do it?

Good on ya Mustaju! I applaud your initiative, and motivation to try and make LR threads as good as they can be.
As a newer TL member I rely on the LR threads to educate me about BW, and in particular, the finer points that you would otherwise miss. It's a great little community, and I enjoy having a laugh with other people who are watching at stupid hours of the night.
Just a reminder to all those contributing to the BW scene - the LR thread op's, the streamers, and the TL writers - your efforts are much appreciated. Much <3

Sign me up. I think you may know which team I support.
LR threads are badass. They let you hear what people think were the reasons behind games' outcomes and players' strategic decisions. They also give you feedback when you voice your own ideas on these subjects. It's a place to post, share your feelings, when you're sitting alone in your apartment and are so fired up you're fistpumping and yelling (also those times where you want to cry). Lately, LR threads have also been nice for reading the live reporting. It's infrequent, but sometimes there isn't a stream link on TL. In those situations, we go back to the pre-stream list days of f5ing like crazy people and reading voraciously.
Props on handling the LR threads so regularly mustaju. You've increased the standard.

I have been wanting to do a detailed LR OP early and make it awesome, but I'm afraid that I'll forget about it, or sleep through the match or something  . That said, I would be glad to help out with something if you need it. I'm an SKT fan, but fairly knowledgeable for other teams as well.

Hmm, I *suppose* this part is true... but there are still some holding the fort! like... kona... sometimes... and a lot of admins still watch BW sometimes... ahhh...

I've helped with this before, and I'd love to help more. Being a fairly new member, I don't really know exactly how much I can contribute, but I'd love to help, especially with SKT and Khan.

If BW doesn't end via injunction, then SC2 will actually be a great benefit for us. If people see the merit in BW, as a lot of them certainly will, then BW can grow here, even if SC2 eventually dies.

I'd like to say put me under woongjin, because I'm a huge woongjin fan, but I doubt I know any more facts about them than the average TLer or stuff you will find on TLPD, so it's best if you don't haha. I like the idea though.
