But since it's not... we move on BeSt vs Bogus... Yeah, SKT1 favor. Best got his best M/U. I actually call this favorable. If it's BeSt vs Calm/Modesty we have an actual game. sOO vs Hero: Both players 50/50 types in ZvZ but Hero has played more intense games. I'd give him a slight advantage. I'd say Hero wins this 6 out of 10 times. So after 4 games is 2v2 and SKT still has Fantasy and Bisu and there is no way you think Fantasy is not playing on Grand Line. Bisu vs Calm: Advantage Bisu just b/c he's better. Hell, Fantasy would have beaten Calm too. Calm is dreadful right now against Terran (7 straight losses I think?) Calm did a good timing attack to do damage. But Bisu's army cut his army from regrouping with his new army he was about to send and it won Bisu the game. Just a S class move against an A+ type player. Fantasy vs Last: I was expecting Classic or Modesty on GrandLine tbh. With that said, Last did have a good opening. However, Fantasy showed us why he's the Terrorist. He must have shot down 8 dropships and his vuluture harass was in top form. So in terms of "matchups" I'd say STX had 2 favorables and 1 favorable for SKT. | ||

The "lucky" part comes from the necessary fanboyism this thread inspires. Actually, all your aces got to play players they wanted to play against (Best T, Bisu P, and Fantasy T) and I bet Kal wanted to play one of the big 3, usually seen on EOTS. Calm is still coming back, and his peek hasn't been reached. Other than Bisu and Fantasy, he could easily demolish SKT, but it was not to be. You played well, but our coach kind of screwed up. I still have faith in STX, and this is a mere setback. Enjoy your victory - it was deserved! We'll be waiting for the next opportunity, and then we have another shot at dethroning you. + Show Spoiler + Don't take the ramblings of prophetic victory and fate conspiring against us too seriously, it ought to be motivational and comforting to us STX fans instead of devalueing your victory. After all, that's exactly what hype threads and fanboy prediction segments are for! I think I did a great job of hyping it up, and reactions seem to indicate I did a good job.  have faith.. One 0-4 can be really demoralising but it really is just another loss .Oh and i would have supported STX in every game (outside SKT n Free's games) if they decide to send Tossgirl at least once. :> | ||

I think that STX will probably use Kal more aggressively instead of keeping him as an ace in the hole. We're also a team that I think shows potential for the surprise stars. Bogus has a lot of potential right now. I also think that Modesty could be an extreme baller if he can just flip that switch. Sometimes he's a failmonster, but every now and then you get these glimpses of insane play. I really hope he turns it on sometimes this season. | ||
