I dare someone to explain how it makes any sense, aside from the sensationalist garbage everybody is eating up from fomos, that Blizzard/Gretech are in any way responsible for these coaches leaving. As other's have pointed out, this dliuge of information happened because Fomos decided to withhold it so that they could release it all at once. There's a reason for that, and you all should know the answer/

Everyone is overreacting to this nonsense like they just broke up with their first girlfriend. It's silly, and what's more, it's extremely ignorant. In the long run, the fact we keep boiling down to a game of Flash vs. Jaedong every time is causing more problems than the legal problems currently happening.

The fact that SC2 exists now will in the end be a boon for Broodwar because it will offer more people a chance to become progamers. If I'm wrong in 3 years (it takes time) or Gretech/Blizzard does eventually kill the proleague, then may the mods permaban me from this site forever.

Bah. Seems all the good news from Starcraft 2 is met with bad news from Brood War. Such is the way of life I suppose, the old must make way for the new.

Hope Coach Ha forms another team, he seemed to enjoy being around the players (when he wasn't working haha).

It's not that BW is dieing. Coach Ha just figured out that coaching SC will get him no where in life. This would have happened regardless.

I don't understand why anyone would keep competing in SC1 considering the current growth of SC2. The difference of money to be earned in tournaments and the fact that all the big SC1 leagues now are considered illegal and will end up in court to be shutdown by the creators of SC1 and Gretech who has the broadcasting rights to SC1.

Guess Kespa wants to make as much money as possible before it all goes to hell.
