- In Samsung, there are two players, great and Stork who have joined the transfer market. These two players have gotten similar records in both 08-09 season and 09-10 season, but because their team didn't make it to the post season, they got a salary cut. Because of this, they are looking to transfer to a different team - Hite is looking to recruit great, and MBC is also looking to recruit great and Stork. Meanwhile, Hwaseung is even considering trading their team's Ace, Jaedong, in order to get great. Hite, in order to bolster their weakest race line up, they are looking to recruit not only great but Jaedong. - Team A's Manager H had a different opinion during the salary negotiations with A team's main players, B and C. Because of this, he has revealed desire to retire. He argued that the players should get a raise, or even have the same salary, the Team strongly disagreed after revealing that they wished to cut their salary. Manager H, after his contract ended in August 31st, had left the team and has been resting at home. - Hwaseung, in order to bolster their coaching staff, is looking to recruit Oh Sang Taek, who has coached in eSTRO before. They are currently negotiating. - Team K and L are also looking to bolster their coaching staff.
My guesses.
+ Show Spoiler [logic (long)] + Very likely that Team F is Hwaseung. Jaedong is therefore the Ace. Team I is eSTRO, and Coach J is Oh Sang Taek. Team D wants Jaedong as well as player B, which suggests not only that Player B is Zerg but that Team D did not make the playoffs and has a weak zerg lineup. Out of the teams that did not make the playoffs, bar ACE, the only one without an accomplished zerg is Hite. Milkis says Team A is Samsung, and I'd believe that. The two players would be, most likely, Stork and Great. Great is player B, Stork is player C. No other team that failed to make playoffs had two decent team members, one a Zerg, who accomplished about the same in the regular season (since ZerO on Stars didn't start shining until post-season). Team E would be one that is looking for both a Protoss and a Zerg, so it could be either MBC or FOX. FOX has RorO, though, so I'd venture to say MBC is E.
What I don't get is that clearly players B and G are the same race, but G must be inferior to B, or else team F wouldn't want to trade G for B. But I don't know if there's a team with a standout ace that is still not considered very strong. Only real "aces" right now are Flash, Jaedong, Leta, free (questionable), and Action (also questionable). Free, Flash, and Jaedong are the best players of their respective races at the moment. The only Terran close to Leta who didn't make playoffs is HiyA, and he doesn't have anybody else on his team with a similar record in the last two seasons. The only Zergs above Action who didn't make playoffs are both on Stars. But if those two were B and C, then team D would be looking for B, C, AND G. So I'm going with my best shot here. The only way I can rationalize trading Jaedong for great is the lowered salary.
EDIT: ugh post below me kills my theory

Maybe Oz's ace is Backho? He's the protoss ace and can be probably used in an ace match if it's something like vs Light while JD is slumping. Poor stork . Uh, MBC or WMF could be D then.
|
Doesn't make sense that Team D would bolster their weakest race lineup with both Player B and Player G (If Player G is an ace from Oz, Player B could not be Protoss).
EDIT: Could also be what Lightwip said.

Stork player B fits so well. I can see January getting pissed off about her players not getting raises because she genuinely cares about them.

Edit: I just realized it looks a bit different. the guy on the right looks more liek ZerO, if you ask me.
Just sayin, this happened with Savior before.

The statement about team D could mean the second player they are recruiting is very strong versus protoss and could help that way.

I think an interpretation is they want Player G to bolster their weakest line up, so they want Player G in addition to Player B (which they want for other reasons)

Considering Jaedong never wants to leave Oz (he stayed there during FA ffs), G is likely Hiya.
Or maybe Killer, he did play 3 ace matches

Though the knowledge Milkis has pretty much discredits it, my first thought was:
Oz = A Jaedong/Hiya? =B/C
Though the players are definitely on a different skill level, even if you were only to consider team leagues (Hiya has a 57% win rate to Jaedong's 69%.)
I'd say that right or wrong, B definitely has to be a high level player, since so many teams want him and one team is even willing to trade their ace.
Once again, this was all first thought stuff, and after looking at the team rosters, I don't really think this anymore.
But Team D = WeMade (they no longer have arguably the weakest Zerg lineup, but short of raping antiteams/P, I wouldn't call Roro/Shine the best players.) Going by everything else, Team F = Stars (Zero = G)
H would be Oz's Cho, and the dates would kind of work, had he not technically handed his resignation in two weeks beforehand.

This isn't FA, so how does this procedure work? Is it just a contract swap? Or is it something like "give me a player of similar value to our own" and then entirely new contracts are signed?
On speculation, I think Team D could potentially be Wemade. They have an anemic protoss lineup and a Zerg lineup that often times crumbles under pressure (roro in ace matches). They certainly have the cash to sign any new contract they want (which is why I discount teams like MBC, Hite, Estro as team D, I just don't think they have the players to trade and the capital to spend).

Seems like a simple statement right? How about this?
Team K And L
Haha! Yes you thought you could hide the fact that one of those teams is STX but I have uncovered your secret.
