Edit: fuuuu I left my passport at the university so I can't take the plane, I'll have to go by train - can any chinese here confirm that you don't need to show your visa to take the train? :/ | ||

although with the expo going on regulations MIGHT have changed... a few weeks ago i went qingdao - shanghai and didn't need my passport... a few months ago i went from hangzhou to shanghai and did need my passport, so i guess it's not really consistent. I think you should be ok though... About the tickets, I too have no idea, but Endy and me will most probably go there tomorrow to see if we can get in.
