Personally its stuff like that i DONT want to hear, should i be watching a commentary, but each for his own i guess.

Nukethestars.
He is not annoying and has decent insights. Day9 is good for sc2, and hilarious in sc1 (read: combatex vs chill)

Day9's chill vs combat-ex is legendary ^^, but tasteless is brilliant + did the bigger events from bw

Plott4life
Still waiting on that dual cast *crosses fingers*

Combat-ex/Klazart/Moletrap/Cholera/Diggity, all fall in the same category. The only casters I really enjoy listening to more than korean commentators shouting about all sorts of little things, are tasteless, day9 and chill. I'd say husky but he does that h to the usky husky thing and it makes me grit my teeth each time i hear it

Day9 bar none. I love his strategic understanding. What I like even more is that he doesn't commentate like his thoughts on strategy are the only correct ones. He questions stuff but rarely judges. HDH have some issues with this. I like their enthusiasm but their strategic understanding isn't very high, which is fine, but then with that limited strategic understanding they are very judgmental on players' strategies. As a player it is sometimes painful to hear the commentator burning someones strategy like he is some idiot, and even more so when the strategy is actually viable.

i like artosis and day9 doing solo, chill is a good addition when doing 2's tho.

I personally liked the Moletrap/Cholera/Diggity/Klazart combo but MattAndSteve are good too.
And yes Day[9] is probably one of the best solo-casters.

For me the CholeraSC & Rise duo was the best one, I really liked the chemistry between those two guys. One of their highlights has to be Yellow[Arnc] vs Backho commentary, although it is mainly just bullshitting about the players and what not.
Hite v Hwaseung S4: Yellow[arnc] v Backho 6/1/09 CholeraSC & Rise + Show Spoiler +

Park Sang Hyun from MBC. He makes one of the greatest yelling of all and always keeps the excitement up. Nal_rA is pretty funny too, along with the two chubby OGN commentators, I forgot their names but they always make a good show for the crowd.

oh and the plott brothers I guess.

diggity, chill, artosis, tasteless! :D

Klazart is amazing, the main reason why i watch games with commentators is for entertainment. Not too much for insight(but sometimes it helps me with stuff i don't normally see) and Klazart is the best when it comes to entertaining commentaries and passion for the game
Wish he will come back someday

Their passion for the game is why I used to enjoy all of the SC2GG commentators, who put in a ton of effort for the community for little reward. After the downtime from GOM and Tasteless, their commentaries were what kept me casually interested in pro Starcraft. I especially liked Cholera until he, ironically, died of dysentery. But really, I wish he'd come back or something.
Day9's BW shows were great, but I moved on when he moved on to SC2. Also, every commentator for the TSL was enjoyable. And the Korean commentators are so entertaining even my mom likes them.
Is that everybody? Maybe I just like Starcraft in general...

The OGN cast for the Korean leagues. But in foreign matchups i like Tasteless,Day[9],Artosis.

proleague korean commentators without a doubt, because even though i cant understand them, they are so enthusiastic about the match and scream out GG at the end. but the english commentators that IMO are the best are tasteless and husky.

I couldn't agree more with this, and very good example of this is the last game of HDH Final, when White-Ra places his forge at seemingly 'wrong' place, and HD goes onto how he doesn't know what White-Ra is doing, and that it's such a bad placing of a building and on on, and then White-Ra builds a plyon to the right, cannons on the bottom, places zealots to the left and perfectly walls himself in. Even when the player is doing something that looks obviously wrong, commentator should always leave them a room for some doubt, after all they are extremely good players, and there's a high chance they know what they are doing. So he could have gone and said something like 'I'm not sure why White-Ra placed that Forge where he did, doesn't really look like a good move, but hey, it's White-Ra, so let's see what he has in mind with that'.
I like Husky's style, but so far have enjoyed Day9+Chill commentating the most.
