Yes, not many people would do that, but then again, not many people are truly sorry. If the investigation somehow overlooked Hwasin and he wasn't caught, do you really think he would apologize and feel bad for his actions? He is apologizing because of all the grief and guilt that is happening to him because he was caught. He regrets the decision of doing it because of these consequences that occurred because he was caught. If he was never caught, he would have never had felt sorry in the first place. After all, why would he? The money is good and he doesn't have any responsibilities to win anything.

I presume that because he is korean, the way Hwasin originally wrote the apology expresses to him things that are lost in translation. What we read sounds somewhat bland, but in Korean it may carry a different tone and meaning.

If your SO cheated on you and apologized with a letter like this, would you forgive her? Fuck no, she's dumped. Except in this case he cheated thousands of his fans. Lied to us. Fed us all full of bs for some money. I don't care if there's some secret tone in here. It could be the best apology letter in the world. All that proves is that he knows how to write an apology letter.

I think you're barking at the wrong tree here, buddy.

Forced retirement. CJ and KT ended their contracts and Kespa revoked their licenses so it's the end of the road for those two.
