The Teamliquid Fansub Team is proud to present a long awaited release, Samsung Khan's Supper Drop!
MrHoon captures the essence of the show as follows:
A long time ago, MrHoon wrote:Hey theres a new show which will be broadcasted in MBCgame soon with the name "blah blah 야식" (sorry can't remember) The cast consists of A) rA B) The awesome MSL commentator with glasses (aka PLAGUUUUUUUUU guy) - Seungwon C) nO.1 - Byungjun D) Racing model who kicks ass at Micro Tourney maps - Bora Synopsis: So basically this has the same concept as "스타뒷담화" except these 4 will go to team dorms and drink beer and eat chicken with them, talking. Its a talkshow + camping + eating hybrid kind of program. The first episode will be about Khan house with all the KHAAAN members. LOOK AT THE CHICKEN It's a nice, laid back show and a nice way to get to know progamers' personal lives. Plus, there's quite an extended portion with Jangbi, Stork, and FBH for anyone interested.

How Do I Watch?: [url blocked] <<- Fixed the weird symbols in subs.
Pretty simple, just load up the video and enjoy. We'll provide a torrent link soon as well as a Youtube link (maybe?).
Other Stuff: This subtitles are brought to you by the Teamliquid Fansub Team. Please do not redistribute, copy, or claim these subs without the permission of the Fansub team.
Our next subtitle project is the works. Please wait for it! While you're waiting, be sure to check out l10f's subs of Hyungjoon becomes a Progamer. It's good stuff.
Thank you all for your patience and we hope you enjoy this! Also, if you're interested in joining the subbing team, send GTR a PM. We could surely use more translators + timers.

One of the translators used a symbol similar to an apostrophe, but shows up as weird symbols on the screen. I'm in the midst of reuploading a new version without those bugs.

Wow, had no idea this show existed. Good work, looking forward to more (though if I understand GTR correctly, that will not happen) but still, thanks!

Edited OP with a fixed copy of the subs without any buggy symbols and stuff. And yes, there will be no continuation of this.

Who said the dog typically goes to the B team players when it kept bugging Nal_Ra? LOL!

Fuck, apparently there are more buggy characters that show up weird. But since it's only in a small portion of the clip, I'm not gonna bother and change it.

I'm not going through it all and finding all of the unrecognized characters. You can do it if you want, but I'm not gonna watch through it again just to find a couple foreign things.

thanks you guys =D

Proleague interrupted my watching, but I finally finished. It was very good. At first I thought it would be sort of cheesy and dumb, but I really found myself enjoying the tidbits from the players. They're so two-dimensional during interviews that it's great to see them on shows like this. If anyone has the fortitude to do further episodes I would appreciate it. I really appreciate the effort involved with just the one though. Thanks.

There's another Khan one lined up for release whenever we get done with that.

Definitely won't be doing this again, but there are other shows that we do have in mind that 1) takes less work 2) equally entertaining/interesting.

Now hold on a second, that's Kona on the list of translators lest my eyes deceive me! Does that mean he's back in Translation biznz?

Cool show.
This perpetual obsession Korean culture has with food always makes me think they are starving, especially progamers.

I can't explain it, it's just like they react to delicious food differently, more enthusiastically. And it always seems to be on their minds haha. I can't explain it someone back me up

Stork, about your motivation: Did you even hear the "gay for stork"-song? Guess not, well, that's motivation for you right there...

I can't explain it someone back me up It's something that's very common with Asian culture in general, not just Korean culture.
I'm not trying to speak for the entire race here, but as someone who grew up in China I love to try new things and experiment with different ingredients and cuisines of other cultures.
Asian chefs like to use a variety of ingredients to try different things. Despite the distinctiveness among Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and other Asian cuisines, all countries have a common theme of liking to experiment with different things and using all sorts of ingredients.
Food is just a very integral part of Asian culture. One might say that food is as cultural to Asian countries as art and music are to every country.

Woa Roffles I didn't know you were going to edit too. Next time, ask and I'll help, so you don't have to do everything. <3
Everyone who worked on this is a hero!
|
|
Oh man stork just never stops eating
|
Watching this has made me even more confused about Jangbis slump.
I mean they say that Jangbi argueably got the strongest mechanics out of the six dragons but arent players with strong mechanics much more resistant to long drawn out slumps compared to their peers?
Edit: Oh and what makes this video so damn intresting is that it was filmed about the time Khan started sliding down the slope.
|
Better mechanics don't necessarily translate to better playing. IE Puma, by.hero, etc.. Bisu hasn't been playing to well at all compared to Stork and he still has greater mechanical ability than Stork.
|
Better mechanics only means better playing of standard. Just look at Bisu, can go toe to toe with the best but always vulnerable to the 484349 cheeses out there.
|

Name one protoss player who isn't. It's funny because Bisu suddeny started to play really safe cause he lost to so many cheeses then along comes people like go.go(double expand before fact) and fbh(14 cc) who mind fucks him by going heavy extremely risky econ builds to take advantage of his paranoid state.
|
this is awesome. just watched it =D <3 khan

this is so awesome. Thanks, guys

someone shud tell them pepsi cans got bigger, save them money imo.

Ah, I finally saw this... and was quite entertained. I really love these candid shows where it seems that you can just talk about whatever you want, and just see people's personalities bounce off of each other. Thanks so much to do the translation team, this made my day!

I FUCKING LOVE TEAM LIQUID.

interesting talk with Stork/Jangbi
btw not that i want to criticise but the part when FBH is faced with Bora to be a man is shown twice and first its translated as 'you are very pretty', then 'i have a great impression of you'... so i guess its somewhat between the two?
