As I said before - the decision is: recruit new people to keep the team alive, or end the team at the top of our game so to speak. The problem with recruiting new people is that there are simply no good people left worth recruiting who can compete at the highest level. Recruiting new people will 100% mean taking a step backwards in skill level. I spent 5 years of my life building a team of a specific skill level and reputation, going backwards is not something I'm interested in doing at this stage of my life and the game. | ||
