I was IsCariOt[LighT] for a tiny bit, I didn't do much, and I didn't pass trial. I was a dick, I know, but I truly respected LighT, and all the members. This is a sad day for BW when the greatest American team dies. Good luck in all your endeavours.

Light was the best team I ever had the pleasure of being in. It makes me really sad that they are gone now.

I hoped they would expand to SC2, though it doesn't seem like it will happen.

Conisdering stuff like this, as brood war seems to be coming to a close(at least in the foreign scene) I think someone should make an archive of posts like this(and also like that one with all the old school brood war pictures) and put all this stuff in an archive. I think now is the time to begin preserving the rich history brood war has.

I remember back when WGT was around (I was like D- in terms of today's skill and rankings) my only SC goal was to get good and join Light :p This was before I knew about Korean scene and TL I think.

What are you talking about? I specifically said we've never had any really known superstars which is why a lot of people don't know us. Just because you are ignorant of the foreign scene doesn't mean we're not old school. I just said that we were the oldest BW team in the competitive foreign scene aside from ToT (which was around since 98 or w/e)

When i just started playing bw your team was the one i dreamed of joining, but i lost all motivation to do so after getting bmed by louder in a pgtour game. Even so, ive still had a lot of respect for [light] throughout the years, and you as a leader. RIP light
