Hello, this is my first post so i don't know whether this is the right forum. If I set a building a hockey in a mid game and the building gets destroy, i can't assign anything to the hockey. Or if I have a unit selected, and i want another unit for that hockey, i can't take one or more of the unit out of it. Is it just me or is there a way to do it. Thanks.

You can override hotkeys by just ctrl + # anytime during the game. And to remove units out of a hotkey, you shift click the unit, at the bottom or the actual unit, and then rehotkey using the ctrl + the same hotkey #
|
You can reassign hotkeys of units/buildings that have been destroyed.

Yup you can create groups with it, but if you already have something hotkeyed you can't overwrite that with the scv and instead the new units are going to be grouped with the scv.

You can use shift to designate a hotkey ONCE. After that, shift won't change the hotkey. Control must be used. So if you already had 1 set to something, you need to use control to change it.
edit: oh well I have no idea then
