Uhh wow... thanks for pointing out for me. As I mentioned on the OP and throughout the thread, the whole idea of this NSL is for people who are low ranking players and wish to practice, compete in a mock professional background, and have fun. But by having a C rank players in the past trying to play in this "novice-only" league, that defeats the entire purpose as people honestly won't be able to have fun and everything become ruined by the abusers and smurfs. I've seen other people pointing this out as well, so thanks for all of you.
And kore, sorry but you are not eligible to play in the NSL as many others have pointed your C rank in the past. Plus, it's good that you got caught now because if you got caught later, a more serious offense will occur. Sorry but I wish you luck anyway with anything else!

Dont get a price. If you have a price it will be a LOT more likly that some C rank and above will try to cheat/abuse themself to win the price. Just like in tls2

Just a quick FAQ of regarding the available time and what timezone it's based on:
FAQ: On the "available time" slot of the signup info, the two choices, Thursday and Friday, what timezone is that based on?
Answer: Eastern Standard Timezone as I see that the most convenient timezone to set it on. So if you live somewhere on Europe, you might have to consider the times into consideration.

One of the problems i currently am seeing is that the CPL people have too little games in their accounts. Please get a lot more, and don't just mass them up against your teammates.
