In my opinion, it would be best if the people who didn't get picked would be allowed to join the CPL team with a [Reserve] tag and act as practice partners. That way in case someone drops out you don't have to pick someone at random, you can just assign someone from the reserves to a team based on activity. The only downside that I can see to this at least at the moment is making the organizational work harder, but on the upside it could get more people involved and provide suitable practice partners for the players that are on teams. What do you think?

What do you think? Hmm I kind of like that idea since I'd be a pretty active practice partner.

What do you think? You dont have to create a new tag for this we have it in a way that we know who was accepted and who isnt, for future references. Probably if there is a Second season I will talk to l10f so we select only from people who was not selected on this season. So it applies the same in here, if somebody cant make it to the games, we know exactly where to choose from. And we will ask the coaches for their opinion on who we should include in their team exactly as you said, based on activity.

I'm sure since everyone lives in Canada we all have MSN instead of AIM? Cool man. Didn't know we were Team Canada. Woot. I added you and the rest of the team that I could find.

When all positions on the teams are finalized, I think it would be a great idea to have the remaining players' info available to coaches so they can get practice partners if needed. More players to choose from for practicing will surely help any possible scheduling issues between their 6 members. Also, everyone who signed up and is active will benefit - even if the coaches won't be directly involved in the practice partners' skill increase.
