Either they got a shitload of money from Woongjin(which I doubt) or they have some kind of blind faith in some of their new zergs or just in Savior's resurrection.

CJ's lineup is still very strong(sKyHigh, Iris, Movie, Effort), and this gives them more reasons to send Savior out there in hopes of his revival.

Unexpected move, and if this was just for some few bucks, then they just became a little bit less contenders for this upcoming PL.

Any disclosure on the transfer fee?

No it doesn't. This just balances the PL even more in favor of SKT1 among contenders. For Woongjin it just gives the chance to meddle with the mediocre teams that aim at a PO spot.

The biggest obstacles in SKT1's way for a back to back PL title were CJ and Jaedong. Now their main obstacles are Jaedong and a weakened CJ. That is not balance. That is giving the main contender an easier way.
