I was going to vote indifferent to try and start the sinking of this, but if you pull this off it may be epic. Do it. Your genitals will be so fucking smelly.

The point is the skin is healthier when it has it's natural oils, so if you constantly get rid of them, you're actually not doing yourself any favours, apart from that lemony scent.
I use soap when I'm dirty, and I try not to use it just cause.

Yeah, I know that, but you also break out and shit if you don't lather up every once in a while. You've gotta have a happy balance between not using for a whole year and doing it daily.

Here's an add on to make your challenge more interesting:
Carefully stitch the hole of your penis shut. Make sure to minimize bleeding as much as possible or you'll have to use soap to disinfect the area which is a BIG NONO according to your plan. Since your penis is shut, urine will have to find a different way out. Now there are 3 options: your mouth, your ears, or your anus. To make this experiment as efficient as possible, seal the non used soap in the anal opening and staple that shut as well, forcing the urine to gush out of your ears while being cleansed by the soap plugging your anus. To lower the pressure of the urine coming out your ears, cut your ears off and swallow them, and at the end of the experiment restitch them back to your skull. Measure how much urine comes out of your mouth and nose:
Total Flow = Flow_ears + Flow_mouth
and report it! Cmon guys, let's compare all of our Total Flow values and see whose is the largest!
