Well obviously there's the dilemma between factually being healthier, and obeying society's conventional wisdom. It's no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society If you're going out, you might as well live up to the conventional wisdom of anything noticeable (basically someone sniffing your hands must be able to detect some kind of fruit), but if you're not, it's not a bad idea to lay off the cosmetic bull shit. Also, I think that whenever you have to get your hands dirty, using soap isn't bad. But I don't know, everything I've said are only things I've heard. | ||
