You could actually redesign the game to force you to play better. e.g. instead of "supply blocked 3 times" you could use "not supply blocked in an entire game".

Demoted/Promoted seem like a too rare thing to put on the bingo board o.O I can think of a few things to add instead or just more options in general.
- Base Trade (Win/Lose, could fill 2 spots)
- Lose a game because you made too many drones
- Lose way too many workers to a harass
- Fail to scout a big tech switch

Should add a box: "prevent opponent from expanding"
I did that today, was so exhilarating.
Get workers off mineral line is an easy good one too.
