Dunno if anybody's posted this, but thought it was pretty cool. This guy was on Quest Crew, who I think won America's Best Dance Crew. I'm sure it's a disgrace to real martial arts, but it's still pretty damn entertaining.

About only turning left... If I tell you to stand up and do a 360 degree jump you'd have one direction that owuld feel more natural to you. Sure you can do it both ways but if you had to bet your house on it you'd do it in the direction you feel more comfortable.

I can imagine why turning right would feel very awkward. Maybe it's because you have to use your left leg to swing and get momentum and if you're right-handed it's not as comfortable?

Yea it's just much more comfortable to turn left. I know because I took Taekwondo for a long time and I still find that doing spin kicks turning left are much easier than the other way.

edit: btw he's like a Law/Eddie hybrid from tekken =O.

Agreed that spinning left is easier.

This is a dance routine, not a way to fight, but the physical skills it requires certainly have practical applications.

aesthetic, but I guess that kinda martial art is just for showcasing. He'd get powned if he'd ever try to do that in a real fight against any competent martial artist

I don't think it's a disgrace to real martial arts cause in one of the clips, a guy holds out his hand with one of those gloves on, and he hits the mark dead center. it's one thing to flip but to hit ur mark too that's sayin somethin.
