DOB: January 18, 1994 Position: Rapper, Vocal, (and the best dancer) She was originally supposed to debut with May Doni Kim (tl-post) b4 May Doni went to Neganetwork. Scouted by YG because of her status as a superior dancer online.
So here is their debut song (by themselves) FIRE. I personally think they went against the norm of popular Korean Music like SNSD, Super Junior, Wonder Girls, etc. with this song. They're all talented (Sandara's developing) and I've been waiting to hear something at least somewhat different to stuff that's released by typical idol groups.

Not saying they aren't popular. I guess I should have added "in my opinion," sorry for the harshness. In my opinion the vocals are pretty bland and annoying.

You're right, its digitized after all -_-. Plus G-Dragon always has a part in their production anyways. Its why I included some of the training clips to really display their vocal skill
Lollipop was such an awful song. I have no idea why it was so popular... But they're cute and I hope they do well.
And it's kinda weird how the leader is like 7 years younger... The power play is weird when its younger people with status over older people in Korean stuff
After seeing the latest promotional photos they've done I just feel like they're trying too hard to fit the 'Female Big Bang' image. I'm still totally apathetic towards their music as well. It'd be nice to see them evolve, but right now I won't be buying any of their CDs etc.
I tried watching the first and last video...the annoying lollipop one and the "fire" or whatever. Normally, I can listen to this kind of thing and at least be able to say, "oh I guess I can see why people would like it...just doesn't suit my tastes."
But for this garbage...it honestly feels like the producers went out of their way to rape my ears.

I agree! It seems like they are forced into that image because I believe that Mr. Yang wants them to be a hit just like Big Bang. So he just wants a carbon copy of Big Bang except with females. I mean CL is just like G-Dragon, Sandara really looks like TOP, Minzy looks like Dae Sung, and Park Bom is Tae Yang and Seung-ri. 2NE1 was so hyped for so long that they came out with this mediocre song. I am sure that they will make better songs in the future since Big Bang didn't get popular until Lie. The only weak link in the group is probably Park Bom because she looks the least energetic and she cannot dance to be honest. She is in the group because of her strong vocals, but she needs to bring it with the attitude. I was annoyed with Sandar's vocals because of the synthesizer and many people believe that it was put into the song because she can't sing.
I really can't imagine it getting any worse. bwwahadasdf
OK, Wondergirls and SNSD had some catchy songs, but this?! WTF
Now they're gonna be all over the variety shows with their cookie cutter responses and reactions that they have trained for 5 years. I really hope they do fail epicly, unfortunately that probably won't happen.
