While seeing asians on mainstream media is great. The roles will never change much, kung fu action type of roles. I would like to see a good looking asian male be in a romantic drama where he gets the white girl (not harold and kumar). Do you guys know any movie thats like that? I cant think of one off the top of my head. Maybe vietnamese actors will get a chance next?

The Brian news makes me happy - he's so effing awesome. I think the CGI/actually the whole thing - for Blood looks like it's going to suck. It's a shame because the anime was very nicely done. We're going to see Dragonball just because it will be hilariously terrible.

As a BoA, fan I'm really excited to see her debut in the US. I just can't wait to actually see her in person... On a side note, I'm really jealous that my friend's friend was able to dance with BoA before security dragged him away at a club near USC. >.> (end rant) Wow I haven't seen any Jun Ji Hyun movies since My Sassy Girl and Windstruck... I didn't know she was still popular enough to be the leading lady in an American film. O.O

God, One day I hope Epik High plays in Cali the same week as Blizzcon or something. Saves me the trip to Korea.

that already happened last week. i don't care about WG enough to pay $50 to see them from far away. they just finished their concert in NYC last night i think.
if epik high comes to california i will be ecstatic. there is a high possibility since tablo is a norcal guy... hmm...
their next album is supposed to contain both korean and english tracks so i'm excited for that.

I'm a huge Jun-Ji Hyun fan, but I'm not sure her English is good enough for an American blockbuster. Some of the things in the trailer look corny, but hopefully people will recognize her talent. Jun-Ji Hyun (Gianna Jun as her American name XD) hwaiting!

not quite sure why you're putting a hyphen between jun and ji... jun is her family name, ji-hyun is her given name.
also i doubt she has many spoken lines. but hey, you heard her speaking in english during the trailer and at least it's understandable.

but here's the thing, they ARE learning english first.
Rain's conversational english is quite good if you watch more recent interviews.

daniel henney, joon park, brian, yul kwon are all native english speakers.
i'm not so sure about jun ji hyun and lee byung hun's english abilities but JJH's accent wasn't too horrible in the trailer and lee byung hun has quite the knack for languages (i think already knows 4 3-4 languages).

I put them at the wrong spot, sorry. It's 3 AM  ! You still owe me a Blizzcon ticket btw. And yah, I agree that she probably doesn't have many lines. I think she should stick to the drama type movies but hopefully this movie will prove me wrong.

actually the reason why no one heard of that song is because it was never released in the US. it was only on omarion's UK version of the album.
